Lacrosse is a very old sport from North America.
Today, it is the fastest-growing team sport in the world.
It will be back in the Olympics in 2028.
Many more people now play lacrosse. It is popular in more than 90 countries.
In the US, the Premier Lacrosse League, PLL, starts in 2018.
It works with a sports TV and also has a women’s league.
But most people still see lacrosse as a sport for rich people.
The equipment costs a lot of money, and many players come from rich schools.
Most fans also have a lot of money. There are 48 million fans, but not many watch games on TV.
Experts say that the sport needs more players and fans from normal families to become very popular.
